Obligations of Seller and Customers in Every Transaction

Obligations of Seller:

We, as the seller, subject to the provisions in the policies posted on www.pinkbubbles.com.vn, shall have the following obligations in every transaction with the customer:

Advise, explain and instruct on all specific information regarding our products to ensure customers understand and can effectively use such products.

Provide products to the customer in a timely manner and in the agreed quantity after the customer has paid us in full.

Resolve any questions and difficulties related to the use of our products.

Provide documents and records regarding payments made by customers, such as invoices, ... reflecting the total amount that customers have paid to us.

Obligations of Buyer:

The customer, as the buyer, subject to the provisions in the policies posted on www.pinkbubbles.com.vn, shall have the following obligations in every transaction with us:

Read and understand provisions regarding the supply and use of our products, including the policies posted on www.pinkbubbles.com.vn.

Duly comply with the provisions regarding the supply and use of products that we regulate.

Pay us in full the total amount stipulated in the order, along with the applicable invoices and documents (if any).

Support and provide us with complete information regarding the transactions when we require it.
