Policy on Inspection and Return of Goods

Most of our products are crafted to order, so all items are considered final sale. You shall not cancel your order or request a return or exchange, unless (i) the product delivered is different from what was ordered, or (ii) the product is delivered more than 40 days after the order date and you have already sent a notice to cancel your order.

Right after products are delivered, the customer should promptly inspect as to whether they were delivered in the correct quantity, good quality, and are identical to the sample picture, product code, size, color, and material, etc. Any complaints about the placed order and/or delivered product, if any, must be notified within 20 days from the delivery date at info@pinkbubbles.com.vn. Please note that the customer will need to film the moment when the product package is opened in order to verify if necessary. We will assist the customer in checking and resolving the order.

If we deliver a product different from what is stated in the order, you may decline to receive it or return it, and request us to redeliver or cancel the order. If you would like to return the product, please reach out to us at info@pinkbubbles.com.vn to receive information about the return method and address. In this case, the product must be returned within 20 days from the date you are informed of the return method and address, based on the receipt and return date confirmed by the shipping entity. We will not require the customer to pay for the order. We will also cover all shipping fees incurred for returning the product via the method and to the address provided by us.

If the order has been paid and the customer requests to cancel the order, we will proceed to refund the payment in accordance with these terms and conditions as if the cancellation was our fault. In particular, the customer will be refunded 100% of the payment for the order plus all shipping fees incurred for returning the product via the method and to the address provided by us. We will initiate the reimbursement procedure within 5 business days after both parties agree on the reimbursement amount and the customer has sent us documents issued by the shipping entity proving that the package has been returned. We will cover all costs and expenses incurred for the refund.
