Policy on Payment

The listed prices include the cost of the items, packing fees, and all applicable taxes and duties in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and your destination country. The only additional charge may be a shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed on the payment page before you finalize your order. No further taxes or fees will be required for delivery to your specified address. If our courier requests extra charges upon delivery, you have two options: (i) refuse the delivery and request a full refund for your order, or (ii) accept the delivery and request a refund of up to 20% of your order total to help cover the additional charges.

We have thoroughly researched safe online payment methods and currently, we only accept payments through PayPal. This method applies to all orders, regardless of the delivery address or the total amount. Once you click the “CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT” button, you will be redirected to PayPal’s payment application. You may choose to make the payment using either (i) your PayPal account or (ii) your Visa/Master card via PayPal. All your payment activities will be securely conducted and kept confidential, in accordance with PayPal’s policy. Rest assured that unauthorized third parties, including www.pinkbubbles.com.vn, will not have access to this confidential information.

We also accept offline payment via the following methods:

Cash on delivery (COD); which applies only to orders with a delivery address located in Vietnam and totaling under 2 million VND (inclusive of shipping costs). Payment via bank transfer; which applies to all orders, regardless of the delivery address or the total amount, provided that you have completed the transfer before the products are dispatched for delivery. To use this method, please reach out to us at info@pinkbubbles.com.vn to confirm your order details BEFORE you proceed with the transfer. Each party will pay the transfer fees charged by the bank it uses. It is worth noting that we accept only Vietnamese dong for orders with a delivery address located in Vietnam. We will confirm the successful payment within 2 business days from the date we receive the payment.

If you have paid for your order, but it is cancelled under these terms and conditions, you will be reimbursed as follows: (i) 100% of the payment if the order is cancelled due to our fault, or (ii) the payment minus costs and expenses that we have already paid before the order is cancelled if the order is cancelled due to your fault. We will initiate the reimbursement procedure within 5 business days, after both parties agree on the reimbursement amount, and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The time it takes for you to receive the reimbursement will depend on the necessary processing time of your bank. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or costs incurred by you or any other persons as a result of the bank's delay in processing the reimbursement.

The risks and responsibilities related to the product will be transferred to you once it is delivered to the specified address. However, ownership and other rights will only be transferred to you (i) after we have received full payment for all delivered products and (ii) as outlined in these terms and conditions.
