Policy on Shipping

Our products will be delivered door to door. On behalf of the customer, we will choose an appropriate shipping entity, which will be responsible for delivering the products and handling all necessary procedures and documentation, such as customs procedures, to ensure delivery to the address provided when placing the order. The delivery time for addresses in Vietnam will be approximately 2 weeks, while addresses outside of Vietnam can expect delivery in around 4 weeks. Please note that these timeframes do not account for public holidays in Vietnam or the destination country. The delivery time may be longer if we need additional time to complete the products, if the delivery address is in an area that is not conducive to efficient goods delivery, or if there are changes to the import/export policies of the competent authorities, etc. We will notify the customer in a timely manner if there is a delay in delivery.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time or accept responsibility for any delays caused by factors beyond our control. That said, in the event that you do not receive the product within 40 days from the order date, you have the right to send us a notice to cancel the order and request a full refund of your payment for the cancelled order. However, this only applies if you have not yet received the products at the time the cancellation notice is sent. Additionally, if the product package arrives at your address after the cancellation notice is sent, you must return it with the seal unpeeled within 20 days from the receipt date. Please reach out to us at info@pinkbubbles.com.vn to confirm the shipping entity that will handle the return of the product package. If this situation occurs, and unless there is a different agreement between both parties, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund your payment as if the cancellation was our fault. We will initiate the reimbursement procedure within 5 business days, after both parties agree on the reimbursement amount and the customer has sent us documents issued by the shipping entity proving that the package has been returned. We will cover all costs and expenses incurred for the refund and the return requested by the confirmed shipping entity mentioned above.

We will not be held responsible if you provide an incorrect delivery address. Any changes or revisions to the delivery address will only be accepted if you notify us before the products are dispatched for delivery. You agree to bear all costs, expenses, and liabilities associated with any changes or revisions to the delivery address after the product has been dispatched.

We will be responsible for delivering the tax invoice to the customer. Within 20 days from the date the order is placed, you may request an e-tax invoice by sending your specific requirements, the date of the related order, and any other necessary information to info@pinkbubbles.com.vn. If we do not receive your request for the invoice within those 20 days, it will be automatically issued with the shipping information provided at the time the order was placed. The e-invoice will only be issued once, in the month that the products are delivered and we receive full payment for the related order. It cannot be amended, unless it was wrongly issued due to our mistake.
